Water
Water service is provided by North Penn Water Authority.
Bills are sent quarterly (4 times per year).

Their consumption charges are $4.06 per 100 cubic feet for all water consumed in excess of 300 cubic feet per quarter. The water allowance is 300 cubic feet per quarter.

Quarterly base water charges are determined by meter size as listed below:

Annual Sprinkler Charge. All customers in the service area with sprinkler systems pay an annual charge on or before November 1st of each year as follows:

Sewer
Sellersville Borough operates the sewage collection system. Sewage collected is treated at the Pennridge Waste Water Treatment plant located off from Maple Avenue. Sewer charges are $65.00 per quarter minimum which includes the first 300 cubic feet of sewage usage. After the first 300 cubic feet, the rate is $4.60 per 100 cubic feet. After 50,000 cubic feet of sewer usage, the rate is $3.55 per 100 cubic feet. The Borough does not offer “credits” off of sewer bills for filling swimming pools.

Curb-Side Trash Pickup
Sellersville Borough offers twice a week curbside trash pickup under contract with Republic Services. There is an $90.00 per quarter charge assessed for this service. More information regarding trash services and recycling is available by clicking here.


Sellersville Borough bills for sewer and trash collection on the same quarterly bill, payable to the Borough of Sellersville. Payments may be made by mailing a check to: Sellersville Borough, 140 E. Church Street, Sellersville, PA, 18960. There is also a dropbox available for utility payments located by the front entrance to the Borough Hall at the above address.

NPWA bills for water consumption on a separate bill payable to North Penn Water Authority, but on the same billing cycle as Sellersville Borough’s.

The quarterly bills are sent out by district as follows:
District 1 – February, May, August, November
District 2 – January, April, July, October
District 3 – March, June, September, December

Electricity

UGI is the natural gas provider in the Sellersville area, if your home has natural gas service.

Cable Television Service
Verizon FiOS (1-800-800-8201) Frontier , and Comcast Cable companies offer cable TV and internet service in the Sellersville area.
