WINTERFEST, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2024 FROM 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.:
Come join us along Main Street for music at various locations; Santa’s arrival for photo opportunities; activities at the Sellersville Fire House; s’mores around the firepit; crafts and games throughout town; horse and carriage rides up and down Main Street; a holiday passport to be eligible for prizes upon completion; special menus and sales at our eateries and local shops; and so much more! To end the Borough's Sesquicentennial year of celebration, come witness the tree lighting and fireworks! (Please note that Main Street will be closed from Elm Street to East Church Street)
HOUSE DECORATING CONTEST FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2024:
Register your house for Sellersville Borough's House Decorating Contest no later than December 10, 2024 at sellersville@sellersvilleboro.org. Please include your name, address, and phone number. A visible sign must be displayed in the front portion of your property for the Sellersville Borough Parks & Recreation Board to identify your house as an entry. All registered houses are eligible for monetary First, Second, and Third Prize. Voting will be done by the Sellersville Borough Parks & Recreation Board between the dates of December 16th through 20th.
Contest is for Sellersville Borough residents only.

EASTER EGG HUNT WITH THE EASTER BUNNY 2024:
Sellersville Parks & Recreation Board is hosting their annual Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny at B. Earl Druckenmiller Playground on Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 p.m. Age Ranges are 0-2 years old, 3-4 years old, 5-7 years old, and 8-10 years old. No rain date - the Easter Bunny will distribute eggs from the Public Works Building if it rains.
If you'd like to decorate your Easter egg basket, bucket or bag, there will be decorating supplies availabe under the Pavilion at Druckenmiller starting at 12:00 p.m. Free of charge.
*Please note that real eggs are used in the Easter Egg hunt. Consumption of eggs not refrigerated after 2 hours may increase the risk of foodborne illness.
"SELLEBRATE" SELLERSVILLE CLEAN-UP DAY 2024:
Sellersville Parks & Recreation Board is hosting their 4th Annual “Sellebrate” Sellersville Community Clean-Up day on Saturday, April 27th from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Volunteers will be meeting at the American Legion Post #255, 75 North Main Street, Sellersville and spread out to areas in need of clean up. Volunteers will be provided with trash bags, gloves, and safety vests. Hot dogs and water will be provided after the clean up. Please contact the Sellersville Borough at (215)257-5075 to pre-register to be a part of this event to help beautify our town.
JANICE MACKENZIE'S FAIRY DOORS 2024:
The Sellersville Parks & Recreation Board invites you to come to the Boy Scout Cabin, 116 East Walnut Street, Sellersville, on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for their Fairy Door event. All children ages 4-12 years old are welcome to paint a door, but you must pre-register at the Borough office to assure there are supplies for everyone. Painting begins promptly at 12:00 p.m. Once the Fairy Doors have been painted, the Parks & Recreation Board will hide the Fairy Doors in the park for you to find. There are prizes for finding all the fairy doors. This is a free event.
TREE NAMING CONTEST 2024:
Sellersville Parks and Recreation Board is hosting a special Tree-Naming Contest in Lake Lenape Park from August 10th - 24th. The contest is a family-friendly, self-directed outdoor activity. Lake Lenape Park is home to many wonderful trees and those who spend time in the park have come to appreciate and feel affection for many of them. Each selected tree in the park will hold a pink ribbon with a numbered sign.
All entries must be received no later than Tuesday, August 27th. They can be dropped off at Borough Hall or emailed to sellersville@sellersvilleboro.org
After the contest is over, the Board will announce the winners on the Sellersville Borough Facebook page and website, followed by a Ceremony to honor winning entries. The Board will have a plaque inscribed with the name of the tree and the person who named it to be mounted near the tree.

HALLOWEEN PARTY 2024:
Sellersville Parks and Recreation Board & Sellersville Volunteer Fire Company are hosting a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Sellersville Fire House, 2 North Main Street, Sellersville.
Enjoy the Trunk or Treat portion of the party in the Sellersville Fire House Parking lot. The Sellersville Fire Department will also be hosting a live fire prevention demo
Join them for spooky treats, drinks, games, and live fire prevention demos. Need a costume? There are plenty of donated costumes from last year - come grab one!
Event parking is available at Poppa Joe's Grove.
