Lawn Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The Borough of Sellersville will be replacing the sanitary sewer main in Lawn Avenue between Almont Road in West Rockhill Township and Maple Avenue in Sellersville Borough later this year. The project is anticipated to begin in late summer/early fall 2025 and take approximately eighteen months.

During this project, there will be various stages of detours/closures along the route. These plans can be found HERE

Each property owner will need to fill out and turn in a Sewer Lateral Agreement. This document can be found HERE

If you are a property owner on Lawn Avenue between Almont Road and Maple Avenue, letters were mailed to you on April 21, 2025 and June 19, 2025, regarding the sewer main and individual lateral sewer lines. If you have not received the letter, please contact the Sellersville Borough office at (215)257-5075 or sellersville@sellersvilleboro.org

A letter will be mailed out the week of July 14th with details of an August meeting for the property owners with the Contractor, Borough Engineer, and Borough Staff. If you do not receive the letter in a timely manner, please reach out the to Borough office at (215)257-5075 or sellersville@sellersvilleboro.org.
